  • Do you like Mermaid?

  • Hey, quick question: Does Rikki have telekinesis now?

      Loading editor
    • She kind of showed that at the end of Mako Mermaids, when she stopped that glass full of water. That, or hydrokinesis, and she stopped the water which also stopped the glass. but the hand motion was more telekinesis like.

    • Well, that makes since. Evie had all the powers - minus invisibility- in the show. Guess it makes since that Rikki's powers had evolved at that point too.

  • "HOW DO YOU KNOW ABOUT H2O JUST ADD WATER?"

      Loading editor
  • For a while, the H2O show and everyone else has said that the volcano on Mako Island was dormant. Technically, everyone is wrong.

Mako Island's volcano is extict, meaning it may have erupted 10,000 years ago, but will never erupt again. Dormant, however, means that it is active, but will eventually erupt again.

Mako Island has an extinct volcano, not dormant.

    • Could you point out where it's mentioned as a volcano (I vaguely remember it being a thing when I came to this wiki, I might of missed fixing some of the factual things). On the page of Mako Island itself, it is not mentioned as volcano, since it's actually an impact crater of a comet revealed to be that in season 3 of H2O.

Edit: I think I found them, but feel free to point out anything I missed.

    • I do remember that in the episode where they see the image of the comet about to make impact with Mako/the world and the Moon Pool heating up in anticipation for the comet, Cleo said something along the lines that the Moon Pool was in a volcano, but it was suppose to be dormant.

  • Could a page for Underwater Breathing be created like the Zoolingualism and Speed-Swimming pages?

    • Actually being able to breathe underwater (with their enhanced lung capacity) until they surface to breathe air like dolphins and whales, and not having gills doesn't mean it isn't Underwater Breathing. Underwater Breathing is simply being able to breathe underwater with their lungs. Underwater Breathing isn't necessarily only with gills.

        Loading editor
    • Holding breath does not equal breathing.

Edit: Also lungs are kind of build that way that makes it impossible to breath, you'd need gills to filter the oxygen from water.

  • I added hair color and eye color to a few of the infoboxes just to test it out and was wondering if it was a good idea or not?  Also, I know it's entirely unnecessary, but what if we create individual infoboxes for characters, objects, and etc., or just change the infobox to all things we manually put in the infoboxes like Powers, First Appearance and Last Appearance?  It would make it easier to add it infobox and we would just write the information not everything in the infobox.

    • It probably would be good idea to move on from that simple infobox to more custom ones. Then we could add more than 10 lines to them. Never created to infoboxes before, I probably end up cannibalizing something from other wikias.

  • What should I do about User:WhiteCrytal?  They're constantly messing up the infoboxes with extra spacing and adding speculation.  I'm tempted to block them, but don't know if it's too soon or not.  Any thoughts on what I should do about how I should handle them?

    • Yeah, block might be the right idea. You have given them couple of warnings, and they just ignore the pointers. That means they are not really interested on improving themselves. And you have a life of your own, you just can't be online 24/7 to correct other peoples mistakes.

  • Besides Hydrokinesis, Invisibility, and Atmokinesis, what other powers would be considered Natural Merpeople Powers?  Would Hydro-Thermokinesis and Hydro-Cryokinesis count?

    • If we can look at them that way, we can also add Hydrokinesis and Telekinesis as well.  I just remembered that hatchlings have to use Hydrokinesis like when Ondina's students made water balls and Lyla, Nixie, and Sirena had a Levitation lesson (Telekinesis).

        Loading editor
    • I think most of characters already have those powers, some might be missing them though.

  • I just need some clarification for a story: Is Harrison Bennett-Zane's dad-considered a Secret Keeper since he saw the girls as mermaids or not?

      Loading editor
    • Should be, yeah. Since obviously he hasn't revealed the existence of mermaids in later episodes. And he is under the Secret keepers category.
