I had a question about Cleo's (Phoebe's) hair...:)....Is it thinned, what type of layers, or highlights, any info would help! :O I'm planning on going to the hairstylist sometime soon, so i just wondered what i shuld tell her to get my hair to look like Cleo's (Phoebe's)! Thx ppl:)
