Turning The Tide is the 7th episode of season 3 of Mako: Island of Secrets.
Synopsis[]
Zac begs Weilan to teach him an Eastern spell few have mastered, which he hopes to use against the dragon. Joe encounters a water ball.
Plot[]
When Zac hears about Weilan's knowledge of Eastern mermaid self-defense techniques, he asks her to instruct him with the goal of defeating the Water Dragon. Mimmi volunteers herself and Ondina to work David's shift at the café so he can join Cam, Carly, and Evie on a trip to Mako Island to do research for a school project. When Joe arrives at the café, he takes over and comes face-to-face with a stray magic water ball. Evie misinterprets what she sees when she comes across Zac and Weilan training on Mako Island.
