Cryokinesis is the ability to manipulate, generate, and control frost, sleet, ice, cold, snow and hail at will. With this incredibly strong ability, merpeople can freeze a entire room in seconds, create solid ice, freeze anything without the presence of liquid water, make it snow, and making ice in a variety of shapes and forms. Merpeople are capable of creating strong hailstorms, blizzards, or snowfall. It's the amplified version of Hydro-Cryokinesis that merpeople receives in the Moon Pool during a planetary alignment.
