Billy is Nate's little brother. Nate trains him and other boys in soccer, including Emma's brother Elliot. Billy is the team captain and constantly harasses Elliot during the training and even during a play. Billy even went as far to trip Elliot, who was in his own team to get the ball from him, so he could try to score himself. Eventually, Emma got fed up by Billy's behavior and created an ice slide and made him trip. This gave Elliot the chance to score a goal. That incident cost Billy the team captain position. He later never appears in the continuing episodes.
